So after 2 trips of 1500 miles we are back where it all began for me (mostly anyways)

Trucks did great, flat towed the S3 with the D2 and a bunch of stuff, flew back to SA and drove the family out in the LR3 towing the boat. Fully loaded with a shit ton of stuff and towing a boat she got about 12 mpg and had shit tons of power to pass when needed, even on hills. D2 got about the same, but not quite as much ass as the LR3.

Dropped the S3 off with a buddy in Wilmington (who i need to talk to about some of the projects he has going on at his skunk works facility)

Now starts the fun part of finding a house to rent for a while.

If someone told me 5 years ago that i would back here without the Marine Corps stationing me here I would have told you that your fucking crazy. Now that im back though, it feels right.

SA wasnt bad, but we decided that big city life isnt our thing.

We still miss southern Maine though, just not the winters.

Welcome home. I'll be in the ville next weekend, our oldest is at New River and lives off Western. We were down a couple months ago, blew my mind how Mainside had changed in 20 years.

Welcome back Gunny. Glad to hear the towing went well. I saw a pretty nice looking dark grey D2 in town this weekend that I've never seen before, that wasn't you was it?

Also, glad to hear from Aaron again. Its been a while. I hope all is going well for you.
