Back Power Windows Thing

I've been experiencing an odd thing with my back windows - Sometimes right after I start up my 98 Discovery the back power windows dont work for a few moments - It's odd because they work fine any other time - Does any one have a clue why this would happen?

the ecu is going bad. soon they will not work at all. research this, there is a write up on bad solders. its a very easy fix, i did it 3 days ago, and my bad solder was the one actually shown on the writeup. actually here it is
