Banner Elk, NC

Is anyone in the Banner Elk, NC area, or near Sugar Mountain? We are heading up there this coming weekend to ski and I am wondering if Sugar has any snow?
From their webpage it appears they are OK, but from the Weather Channel I don't see how they would have snow.
Hopefully their webpage is correct and it will be OK.

Some friends spent the week @ Sugartop last week, said it was OK but not great.

My Mom's first cousin is the head of the ski patrol at Sugar...Other than that I don't know much

alot of my buddies have been up at sugar and said it wasnt terrible, and it has been raining here in kingsport for ~2 days, and were a couple miles west of sugar so im sure they got a little bit.

went up a week ago it wasnt bad but u shouldnt expect much this season has been weak.
