Take a spray bottle, fillit with anout 50/50 mixture of water and baby oil..spray the tires/wheel wells/underneath,wherever you normally have trouble cleaning. The mud/dirt will not stick to this area and will wash off with ease after...just thought Id share.

Thanks for the info Morph. Will this work on sticky mud? Also, by spraying it on your wheels, will it hinder brake dust as well?

Cool Avatar.... It does hinder the brake dust a little but it tends to leave a mess when you finally get around to washing the wheels. Youll be surprised how well it works on all kinds of mud.. It acts as a barrier, the mud may stick to it while Wheelin' but when you go to wash it off it sprays right off no problem

Fellow Vikings

It's been a while since I've had genuine Lefse and I have only had the lute fisk once. I guess traditional lutefisk is served with buttered potatos and bits of bacon, and anything with bacon can't be that bad.

I didn't know they made a drink out of "cloud berries" or moltebaer, they are really pretty rare and quite expensive because they are only found at higher elevations and grow wild.

As far as wheeling on Fri/Sat that would be great, it was awfully nice of you to invite me. I know my brother is moving on Saturday and I will help him with that but maybe friday if that works out.

I might make a "Norwegian's" thread in the general section so we can give everyone one a chance to represent.

and like they say in Norway

Ha Det Bra!

Did you ever have salmon cheeks? I even think they use halibut cheeks as well.

Cheers Andy :D

Shane,

Small world, I have relatives from Norway on my Grandmother's side living in North Dakota and Minnesota. My Grandmothers maiden name was Fossen.

Hey Will, haven't talked to you in awhile. I'm originally from Minnesota but haven't lived there for about 28 years, since I was 3 or so. Most of my family still lives there though.

I won't be back up there until mid Dec now. The boy and I will be snowboarding up there somewhere again this year. We may head up north near Bend, haven't decided yet. Won't there be too much snow by then for any trails to be open?
