What is the best multi-tool? I know a lot of people like the leatherman, but is there another one to consider? What do you guys use?

I have a Leatherman "Surge"

I am very happy with it and use it constantly. The best thing about this particular model is that you can open both blades without having to open the tool first.

i ended up getting the leatherman wave...i wanted to get the victorinox tool, but could not find one locally. I am, however, VERY happy with the leatherman wave. it seems to be a well built tool and I expect it to last for many many years!!!:D

I was using my leatherman wave blade on day, and not the way it was intended. I was trying to pry something and the blade was the best option. Well it snapped. I contacted leatherman , and of course have no reciept. No problem, 2 days later a new leatherman wave arrived in the mail.

their customer service is fantastic. I believe they will even sharpen blades under their warranty.
