You can get an excellent deal on it here right now. **Insert super salesman voice here.** "Only $79.99, 44% off.!!!!!!!!"
No really, it is a good deal and a good watch.

I beat the shit out of them, G-shock's last about 4 months before i kill them.

and where?
Nonsense. See my post. I'd been wearing that watch doing contruction and banged it around quite a bit. In the dirt, banged against rocks, steel, worn while using 1000ft lb impact wrenches. The reason I put it in my toolbox was because the lens was getting weld spatter on it. I didn't replace the watch until about 12 years later when the "crystal" cracked while replacing the battery. I still have the watch and it still works though. Not bad for a $12 watch.nosivad_bor said:Have you ever considered that the reason you are going through watches so fast is because you keep buying cheap $50 watches?

I've worn this backpacking/ camping for years and I love it. Lately I've been wearing a cheapo coleman strap on watch that my wife won in a raffle :smilelol: Thing works like a champ... I give it 3 months.
trailhogg said:what i meant by outdoor was basically a non-dress watch, something i can wear camping, fishing, hunting, etc., and not have to worry about getting wet or scratching
Yeah, I know...I meant that price has little bearing on longevity, as I described. A $12 watch can last as long as a $1000 watch.nosivad_bor said:I meant the military guy that goes thru them every 3 months
