I have a NAS 97 d-90 with a ARB Bull bar, and i was wondering were the best place to mount a 48' hi-lift would be. I've seen people mount them on the bumper or the SG tire carrier mount. But where else is their to mount it safetly? I was trying to find the brackets to mount it on the arb, but i haven't found them yet

Best place is in a location where:
- you will not bend it
- it will not be inaccessible when you need it

Mine in inside the cab, on top of any tool box I might have.

I have seen bent hi-lift mounted on the rear tire carrier and on top of the brush bar.

My 2 cents.

I have the $G Highlift Mount for the tire carrier... I have wheeled pretty hard and I have never had a problem. I put the base as high up on the side of the tire as i can.

2 LR motor mounts on the ARB upper tabs. toss on a couple nuts, and you're in, plus, you now have spares. On the Disco, I had to yank it forward to get the hood open, so I made these:
