Best way to get A/C condensor fan out of 01 Disco?

I’ve always pulled them out the bottom.. If you are going to try and pull it out the front be really careful and don’t force it past the condenser as they are easily punctured.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com

Also I remember the top right bolt is way up behind the hood latch. You will want a ratcheting wrench on that one. I never did put that one back in<o></o>

Obviously the grille should be removed.
Drill out the 4 rivets for the hood latch security cover. They are aluminum, it takes about 10 seconds to drill them out with a 3/16 bit. If you decide to replace them they are, you guessed it, 3/16 rivets. But if you decide that noone is ever going to force your hood latch open and steal your battery, you can leave the cover off.
It also helps a lot to remove the two diagonal support bars, or at least loosen them on one end so you can move them out of the way.
