Better motor mount for a classic?

I have an oddball here. this is a customer's LWB that we put the Isuzu diesel in and the mounts are already starting to fail after a couple years. I thought I had heard somewhere about some Jaguar mounts that hold up better, but can't specifically recall. I'm thinking a softer mount would probably be better but since it uses the stock angled mounts as opposed to the vertical mounts more commonly seen on rover diesels i'm not really sure. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I run the Jag mounts in my D1. Larger diameter and quite robust.

Are you using the Land Rover motor mounts or the Isuzu mounts currently? I would suggest the QT mounts, but the diesel would probably shake the through the frame a lot.

Definitely.

Feels like the motor is bolted straight to the frame.
Ok, not quite that bad....but I'm not sure how bad a diesel would feel with QT's.

Since I'm looking to install a Isuzu into a trail truck soon - maybe I will stay with the factory Isuzu mounts and just build a bracket to the frame. I have a "kit" from the UK that included mount adapters to use rover mounts.... I guess ill avoid that?
