"boing" sound in turns at slow speed. CV?

I've been occasionally hearing a metallic "boing" sound when going around right turns at slow speed, like making a right turn onto a street from a stop, or sometimes going over a bump or gutter. It sounds like it's coming from the left front side, but hard to be sure. CV joint wallowing out and getting ready to explode? Any test for CV health?

I would say bad busing or sway bar endlink. CVs tend to click when they start to fail.

if you have a D2 check the Watts Linkage in the back. it may be worn out and binding up occasionally.

I would tap on the brake splash shield and see if it makes a similar noise.
