Brake caliper piston

In the process of doing brakes and the driver side rear caliper piston wont go back in all the way. I have tried opening the bleed valve and using a C clamp (which I bent the handle) trying to push it back in...
Is the piston toast? Or is there another trick I dont know about?

Probably rust built up inside. I had that problem with all of my callipers.

So what are my options? At this point Ill probably just buy a used caliper for $45

Just get a new one, they're not that bad

Actually, a new aftermarket rear caliper can be had for about $40 bucks plus shipping.
