Got an 07 LR3 SE. Top brake light works, but not lower side brake lights. Running lights work. All applicable fuses are good. Any ideas?

Ironic as it seems to have both bulbs go out at the same time, they did on mine. Bought either p/n 1156 or 1157 bulbs from auto zone, cant recall exactly which it was.
I imagine there is a brake lamp fuse, but if the top brake lamp works I'd try bulbs first
