Brake Reservoir Seals

I need brake reservoir seals for a 2000 Disco. These are the little cup shaped rubber seals that go on the bottom two openings of the brake fluid reservoir on top of the master cylinder. Mine leak about a pint of fluid when it gets cold. pennington308 at yahoo dot com

Doubt you'll find just the seals and if found please report back with PNs and source. Searched for the same within past month and found that only replacement reservoir kits are available for D2. Prices as low as $60. Did a temp repair on mine using cable ties to seat reservoir more firmly to slow leak.
