Bright light

98 Discovery - for some reason the left running light in the rear bumper is brighter than the right one?! The socket is not corroded, I swapped bulbs, but I can't figure it out...... Has anyone else encountered this condition or have any thoughts on troubleshooting? Any help would be appreciated.............. Thanks.....

I had a similar problem on my 99 DII with the brake/tail-light module. I took all the bulbs out and found that water had leaked inside and left a film of sorts on the reflector that caused it to seem dimmer than the other set of lights. Maybe the same issue.
