just did that same deed, RTE with 9.5 warn TI, you will need to cut your grill for the winch to fit. thats no big deal, also have to drill a hole, 1/2 inch in dia, up through the frame, so you wiil have the stock mounting bolts , two each side and then the new one. 6 total,
i had three people, one on each side and one in the middle, it gets very heavy with the winch mounted, you can use a floor jack, the floor jack requires much less beer and pizza then my helpers,
