I know this may be a stupid question, but anyway. How long does it take to install a RTE full brushbar bumper with a warn 9.5 winch? And is it a pretty simple bolt off, bolt on install?

just did that same deed, RTE with 9.5 warn TI, you will need to cut your grill for the winch to fit. thats no big deal, also have to drill a hole, 1/2 inch in dia, up through the frame, so you wiil have the stock mounting bolts , two each side and then the new one. 6 total,
i had three people, one on each side and one in the middle, it gets very heavy with the winch mounted, you can use a floor jack, the floor jack requires much less beer and pizza then my helpers, ;) The instructions that Steve provides for ya are simple, the job is easy and ohhhhhhhhhhh so satisfying, lots of bumper envy going on that night

So is it just the 9.5 you have to cut into the grill or the other ones (9000lbs ones)? How much did shipping cost you? And how long did it take for the bumper to get there?

Either that or a couple of upside down spackle pails.

You are also going to have to trim the grille to fit around the winch housing. A dremel tool or a coping saw works well for that.

where i'm at right now, duh...
Take off a little at a time on the grill so it looks clean and professional :) I had to make some supports where center pieces had to be cut out for my winch. Take a small piece of about 3/4" wide sheet metal and bend it to shape. Rough up the plastic, and use a strong plastic/metal adhesive. When you're done, paint the sheet metal black. You won't even notice it.

You'll love the slimline too, it's one hell of a bumper.
