...and The Gods Must be Crazy

Tom, you're right, maybe I should be grateful I understand anything I read
I thought of you the other night as my husband and I were watching "The Gods Must be Crazy". Hope your "Antichrist" isn't as entertaining as the one in the film.

My '62 has actually been
more entertaining at times, like the winter the shift lever broke off and I could't get it into first, and second gear was shot, so I had to use reverse whenever I needed a low gear. And on top of that the brakes didn't work...what fun!
Remember the scene where he's stuck in the mudhole, and has to put it in gear and push it out? I had to do the same, only stuck on ice, in a ditch. When it broke free, I'd run and jump in. I had to do this several times one night and on the final time, I slipped on the ice just as I lept, smacked my face on the roof and broke my glasses which gashed my face right below my eye. Oh yeah, quite entertaining
Man, the stupid things I did when I was young and foolish.
A note to anyone thinking of buying the DVD version TGMC. They made it "widescreen" by chopping off the top and bottom of the screen! Just like was done to the Apollo 13 movie.
