I need some sort of step down bushing or just a poly spacer. I installed RTE towers and shock mounts and the bilstein i chose is rattling around in them. Surely there's and easy fix I just haven't found it yet.

Do your Bilsteins have 1/2" heim joint ends?
If you don't want to drill out your towers/mounts and use a 1/2" bolt you can use the step down spacer things Bilstein sells to work with the 12mm bolts on the rover. The part # is:423437. You can get them from eshocks for $3.57 here (last part listed):

You need 4 per shock (one for each side on both heims).

or the prothane poly bushings that e-shocks has. I run them front and rear except the front lower, i run the heim and rte stepdown spacers because it sees alot of movement.
