He failed to ship, I asked why. He said he hit a snag, I told him I was okay with waiting a bit. Waited a bit more, he says he will refund me ASAP. Last I heard from him. I paid with PayPal but failed to dispute within 45 days. Posting here was the next step. If people are having problems that is one thing. He failed to handle his business so now it ends up here so others will know he is not trustworthy.

Shipping between Canada and Florida vs Canada and Virginia should be similar. Tainted me from internet board shopping for a bit.
