Can I borrow a Hawkeye or Nanocom tool?

Would anyone be willing to let me borrow their Hawkeye or Nanocom tool for a D2? I want to enable the fog lights in my BCU, which shouldn't take more than 5 minutes, but the mechanic wants to charge me for a whole hour of labor. I'm located in Atlanta, but I'd be willing to pay for shipping both ways if some kind soul wants to loan me their tool via UPS.

The downfall is that cost of the unit if it doesn't get returned. I know people used to rent out the ABS amigos for the entire cost of a new one, and then they'd refund all but the "rental" fee of $20 or whatever it was after it got returned.

Another downfall is that my nanocom isn't licensed for just a d2, I've got LR3 on there too, so you'd be looking at probably $600 to borrow it. I wouldn't charge anything other than shipping and would refund everything else, but that's a lot of money to be tied up with someone you don't know on the internet.

Consider a Foxwell NT510 for about $140 that will do what you need and more. Sell it afterward if you must.
