Can someone post a picture of a Zambezi Silver Discovery 2 with same color ARB bull bar, i.e. the bought the black bull bar and had it painted silver to match truck. I saw a green Disco at ARB?s web site and it looks nice, but not sure if silver would. Also, what?s the recommend way to paint a bull bar.

Thanks,
Dave

That's what my 04 will look like soon, except the winch bumper will be the new one coming out from Bearmach.

vienna green is very nice.

i suck at photoshop so i was only able to cut down the hue and saturation to give it a black and white look . . .

montoya, how large is the space in the A-Frame brush bar on your disco? Nice job on the silver, i think it looks pretty good in silver too.

too lazy to go down to the garage now. if you click on my profile, you can get an idea from the close up of the front of my truck. the verticle a-frame bars are about as wide as the lowbeam lights and the width of the a-frame bar is contained within the black grill area.

im sure it would look real good, i dont know how well the paint would stick to it thought considering how many rock chip you get with those arbs...

To answer your question it would look good in my opinion.

That DII is green, well a p?ss ant green anyway. It belongs to ARB in Victoria, Aust. Its their showcase vehicle they have been using for a lot of their local advertising. Check out any issues of 4WD Monthly (Aust) this year and your see some good pics of it.

yep and any body shop you go to get it painted will be able to tell you what they are, and if your going to pait it your self just take the truck the place that get the paint. they will also be able to get it for you.

a high end powdercoater can do a very nice silver finish- I've also heard of people using rhino lining on front bumpers etc which also can be done in silver.
