Can't Get it Up!!!

No silly...my head rest is stuck in the lowest position and no matter how hard I yank on it it wont come up. I searched the archives but came up empty.

Any ideas?

Try massaging it. You could also use some hand lotion to lubricate it. Remember to bring tissues to clean up after yourself!
I did a search on this and was shocked with what I found!

you have to twist the little round things at the bottom of the head rest supports on a D2 ,not sure about a D1
