Carpet wet - passenger side

I noticed today that the passenger side carpet is wet. This is not the first time. I don't know where the water is coming from! No leak coming for window. Any ideas as to what to look for?

Do they pull off? I squeezed it and a little bit of water came out. Should I push a piece of wire up it to clean it?

Yes they do pull off however if you pull it all the way off then you need to put it back as the water will dump all over the floor (worse than it is now). What I did is pull them off then clean them and cut the pointed part a bit to allow the water to flow through better.

Do it when the Truck is cold...I tried to clean mine when it was hot and well you can figure the rest out.
