my RUD chains should be here today. I'm going to test fit them to see what sort of range of movement I have due to the known clearance tight spots.
A little steel cutting should solve the worst ones and the places I will most likely use the chains won't have huge articulation anyway.
I forgot who here has the most experience with chains and the safety/traction issues on various terrain - primarily side slope.
My guess is side traction is not so good on chains, but it must be better than in same situation without them at all.... ?
