Changing a CV joint in an '89

I just read the procedure on how to change out the CV on a '96 Discovery, which is posted in the big tech thread. Any other big differences? I know the stub axle set up is a little different. I have the factory manual, but it is a touch confusing.

been awhile

Ive only done a CV once in my bro in laws truck but it wasnt that difficult. We used the workshop manual. I wouldnt think there would be too many differences from a D1 other than the stub axle and number of splines in the Cv itself. Gordo

I changed the my 89s a bunch when i had one its really easy once you get in there you will see its hard to srew up. no worries. Lane
