chassi bushings

any tips, trick or how to on installing chassi bushings. i have to replace the front on a 88 ...

burn the old ones out with a torch,dont cut just burn out the rubber, then drive out the old metal with a socket the same size. clean up the frame mounts really well, and drive or press in the new ones ,I will leave that up to you , its a pain but can be done..
