cheapester way to lower shock mounts

in the rear, who has the cheapest option for lowering shock mounts...
and while we're @ it... what are my options, really...

... is a very wrong thing to do. Better get longer-travel shocks!

FWIW, the cheapest option is to get shock extenders - EE used to sell them, and I once bought a set at PepBoys for something like $6.99
