Check engine light on/ No fault Code

So yeterday I changed my oil and I replaced and renewed the v-belt on my 95 disco. So today while driving into work the Check engine light comes on. So at the next light I reach under the seat to see what the code was and the OBD is blank? Can anyone add some insight on this?

If you live by an Autozone, they will scan the truck for free. Maybe you will find the culprit with that approach.
