Cherokee bumper on a rover?

Pretty sure my buddy has fitted two different rovers with them. One D1 and one D2.

It doesn't really block any more air than any other recessed winch bumper. He could move the lights, too.
No, it's not straight bolt on. Had to weld/modify the frame mounts a bit and he added side pieces to finish it.
