ah, like little lemmings...i love to watch them kill themselves.

i usually jump into the abyss once & awhile. (it's only because there's a hot young lemming chica walking in front of me).

not a shiny piece of chrome.

After you strip them and wire wheel them, use appliance epoxy from Home D. or Lowes, etc.
This stuff holds up great and if you want to repaint it later, it blends with itself perfectly for touch ups. You also don't need to prime before you paint with this.

Thanks you guy's! I wire brushed them and coated them with several coats of spray on Performix PLASTI DIP. This rubberized coating needs no primer and should provide a very chip, flake, peel...etc, coating. Looks cool too...a nice matte finish.

Thanks everyone for keeping me in the dark side and away from the shiny light stuff! Who knows, without the intervention I might have
even started reading the Twilight books about shiny vampires :smilelol:
