clutch fluid

Dumb question but I dont have a workshop manual for a Disco and I was wondering what type of hydraulic fluid is recommended for the clutch in a 5spd? Thanks Gordo

I've been using Castrol LMA...no issues in 75,000 miles since rebuild of the slave cylinder, but there's pro'lly better stuff out there, particularly if you start clean and rebuild the old master (or go w/ a new one) at the same time as the slave.
