CO to CA

[UK 4X4]

I'm moving this week to bakersfield and have 4 days to spend on the trip.

I was thinking south CO to see the indian houses carved in the cliffs
then across to lake powel

North rim grand canyon and then there seems to be a large space between there and bakersfield.

No I'm not stopping in vegas.....

any other must see sites on the way ? I'm thinking natural beauty, craters-UFO's etc etc.

and any good back country camping site's along the way.

take the Mojave Road across

That road has some sand that is like talc.
