Colorado trails run times

I am looking for approximate run times for a bunch of trails in Crested Butte/Buena Vista area and some others; I've been on some of them 10 years ago, so my recollection can be rusty. Could you guys and gals give me your take?

Here's the list:

Italian Creek (including driving up American Flag Mountain)
Taylor Creek
Tincup Pass
Iron Chest
Mount Altero
Grizzly Lake
Wheeler Lake
Medano Pass

Get the Guide to CO Backroads book by Wells, I think. Very detailed descriptions with appropriate run times.

Grizzly Lake - 2-3 hrs
Wheeler Lake - 4-6 hrs

I haven't run any of the others in that area.

I've checked all I possibly could in traildamage.com - it is an awesome website indeed.
But rarely any run times.
Most likely, I have Wells' book on Colorado trails - need to dig through the pile...

Wheeler Lake at about 6 hours sounds about right, thanks for Grizzly Lake time.
