I'm upgrading to a bigger screen. This is the one you guys want though because it does both highway like the colormap AND topographical! It also has a complete maritime setting. It was the top of the line mulit use unit. this is the color one with the transreflective screen. You can see it in full sunlight or at night equally unlike the colormap units. Work on 4 AA's also for hiking! It looks just like the 276c without the turn by turn feature. Take the gmap memory cards (Current style). Comes with 3 mounts, beanbag mount, hard fixed mount wiht 3 axis swivel, rooftop garmin antenna w/12' cable, cig plug, hardwaire harness never used, quick connect mount wiht 2 bases (4 mounts total) all books and manuals, snap on antenna, data cable, USB card programmer ($80 from boat US). Lots of software for the whole USA for both roads and topo, 32 meg cartridge, windshield antenna mount, some other stuff. This setup cost me around a grand last year. I'm asking $575 for everything firm. First fix is less than 20 seconds warm and the screen refresh is 20 times faster than the colormap units. Trust me, i've had both. PErfect for offroading as the topo feature is not available in a color unit with this size screen for anybody else.

Will this unit allow you to input Lon. & Lat. coordinates directly into the unit? My little Garmin GPS V Deluxe will not :(

lat/lon

Yes, you can even do it with UTM's like the new style maps and charts.
