"Family Camping" will be in Camp II. If you have a family, or if you're an individual who likes a little peace at night, Camp II is for you. You're also a little closer to the bath houses and flushing toilets.

Camp III is for the insomnia types. If you like staying up late telling jokes and lies by the fire, Camp III is for you.

The distances between Camp II and Camp III is approximately 150-yards edge-to-edge.

Camp I is available for campers, RV's, etc... that require hook-ups. Campers are also permitted in the other camps areas as long as you're self-contained.

Camp VIII is for Mike Winder and only Mike Widner. Please avoid driving by Camp VIII. You've been warned.

I remember all the times we complained about registration not been open early enough, well The Conclave 2012 has been opened for a while but I don't see the rush of those demanding this to be open 3 mo in advance, could it be due to summer vacations ?

Could it be the economy?

Could it be uncertainty of the weather?

Or is it that you need re-assurance that The Conclave 2012 it is going to be "THE " East Coast Land Rover event of the year, because if it is that, don't waste your time and register.

Remember, we will have Cut Off dates in early September as we need to confirm attendance / head count for our on site Vendors.

Also , those interested in becoming a sponsor, feel free to contact myself.

if he even shows,

Thats funny, I dont recall you going to any event other than ROTR.

Where were you for the last 3 Winter Romps?
Where were you at the last few Wilds?
Where were you at URE last fall or every MAR before that since 2008?

I have been to all those, havent seen you there though.

Do you have an idea when the approximate cutoff date will be?

am i correct in my understanding that there is no onsite registration? i cant seem to find where i heard/read this but i feel thats what i heard...

I would like to say thank you to everyone that took the time to send over an email. It means a great deal to me and the Lucky 8 crew.

We even received emails that came from people unable to make it to the Conclave. For some it was because they live on the wrong cost and other that were down on their luck. This gave us an idea. Why not share some of our luck. Lucky8 is going to give a free airline ticket and admission to the Conclave to one lucky winner.
Stay tuned for details.

And again thank you for your support!!!!!!

I can't wait for this event!
We are caravanning down early Thursday morning from Columbus with about 10 trucks.
If anyone wants to join in and make it a "convoy" call text or email me.

Thank you to everyone that saved this event from going away!
