Coolant leak at expansion cap after running AC

98 Disco w/ 95k is releasing approx. 1 to 2 cups of coolant from the expansion tank cap after running the AC and shutting off the truck. I determined the condenser fans were out and replaced them last weekend. The fans work fine but still have the issue. There is no overheating, AC is very cold and if I don't use AC there is no problem (I live in fl and I'm almost 40..... so getting too old to go without AC). Any ideas?

Starting with the cheapest, check the radiator for cloggs, make sure the water pump and tstat is working correctly. What's probably happening is that your AC makes the engine work harder causing it to run a little warmer that it want's. When you shut down the engine, you shut down all the cooling components and so it overheats a bit.
