coolant weeping from shroud screw?

So, finished the tranny work only to find that I have a smallish coolant leak that seems to be coming from the screw that goes in vertically and only looks to hold the top of the rad shroud(under the removbable top plastic rad cover) on the drivers side? The screw can't possibly be a pressure point, so question is why would coolant be coming out of it? :banghead:

If the screw is too long, it will penetrate the side of the radiator, check the length of the screw against the depth of the hole you are screwing it in to.

stock screw, presumably came with the truck.... So screwing it down tighter might not have been the best course? Good thought though, my daughter did do a little front body damage months ago, maybe just enough to push the screw into the businees side of the sealed system.
