Yeah Scott we were well into our lives and careers when this guy came along for his 15 minutes of fame. Easy to have missed it although I do remember the movie "Lost Boys". I didn't much like it but I do remember it.

I loved a few of the movies he was in, but what a messed up grown up he turned into. It's sad that addiction has that kind of control over people.

I'm tired of all actors. It would be great if they all did their movies and then crawled into a hole never to appear again till the next movie. This way I don't develop an opinion about them. I don't want to know their political stances. I don't want to know if they do drugs. When I know too much about actors, I use it in the decision about seeing a movie.

I'm the same way with music. The more I know about their opinions, beliefs and personal life, the less likely I'll be to buy their music. My wife used to be a big Bon Jovi fan....until she hear him giving some liberal speech about some nonsense. She tossed all his CDs in the trash that day.
