From the RAVE... P1668 Engine anti-theft signal circuit high / Serial link open circuit
So no flashing lights, horn alarm sounding or rapidly flashing or steady red LED on control panel?
Try running manually running through the gears and then restart the engine.

Going back to an earlier post I mentioned that it was not cranking over smoothly or easily, a bit of hesitation in the crank rotation. Thought maybe it may have had something to do with the P 1668 code. I had someone look at it and he checked the compression, and most of the cyclinders were extremely low. He could also hear a squeak, like metal rubbing. He thinks it may be a bent valve or pushrod or worse a bent rod. Mind you, this truck ran great prior to me changing the valley gasket, and valve cover gaskets. I am certain noting fell into the motor. What could I have done that possibly damaged this engine.
I am going to pull the heads and see if there is any damage. I may be in for a new motor. $7000.00!
