Hi, I hope some one can help with some advice. I have a 2003 td5 that for the past month has made a creeking sound from the front right suspention when I drive over speed bumps at low speed and the same sound occurs when I turn left at low speed or stand still ( as soon as the steering wheel changes directon ) some times with this I can faintly feel a little bump under the drivers footwell. Hope some one has heard of similar problems and can lend advice. Cheers

Sounds like a worn bushing or tie rod end. Have someone shake the vehicle back and forth, and/or try to manually turn the steering wheel whilst you are under the vehicle (not on a jack or jackstands, on all 4 wheels and on the ground). You should be able to isolate the noise/issue that way.

Be careful.

I have the same problem too. When I start up and back out of a parking space, the steering creeks. I feel it in the steering wheel and floor. After driving around, it seems to go away, even at low speeds. It just seems to make that noise after the vehicle has been sitting for a while. Hope it's just a bushing.
