For practicality, has anyone thought of painting the roof white to keep the temp down? Or is that too FJish?

I want ot paint "wasn't me!!" on the roof. that way, if I'm ever in a high speed chase, the cops wil think it wasnt me

I've thought about a white roof on my oxford blue disco. But I think I would do an old english white or maybe a creamy beige. I dunno. My truck right now has black steelies, on a dark truck. I'm not sure I'm in love with the look.
I thought some UK spec trucks came from the factory with white roofs on them? Anybody know if that's true or if it's just too early in the morning and I haven't had my coffee yet.

Personally I like the look of a clean Champaign colored Disco with the hood blackout and an ass load of stickers... but if I could ever get a pic of this one rolling around my neighborhood i think it looks great...

there is one running around that is satin black with a white roof and 34's on a 5in rt susp custom ft bumpers and rear exoskeleton that looks pretty damn good if you ask me..
