Custom Disco bumpers spotted

Stopped at my local beer store and there was '98 disco with front and rear custom bumpers that I have not seen. He had them made locally here in Maine and I thought they looked really nice. He got a smoking deal from the fabricator too.

Front looks pretty janky, but the rear looks good.

In person, the front did not look as 'fat lip' as in the photo. Should have shot from a higher angle.
I do like how it follows the wheel well.

Those are big bumpers. Look really heavy. Why reproduce all that plastic end cap molding on the rear in heavy steel?
