Brett you already have a borttcrap rear bumper

 Yeah I know. I'm looking for something slimmer with an integrated hitch receiver and swing away tire carrier. Of course cheap would be nice , too. Is that too much to ask? :D
I'd do it myself but I have no welding skills.

my old d2. Greg Davis Rear Bumper. Lines were perfect and matched the truck like it was factory. If you can get your hands on one, I highly suggest it.

Are these bumpers still being made? I see a lot of people have them but I've never seen somebody get a 'new' one recently.

NIce, Where did the tank skid come from?

cloumbia rovers. ask if they have any used... got mine for $150 shipped rather than $250 for a new one plus shipping. it only had a few light scratches when i got it. great investment too.

Why is that? Does it still get slammed coming off drop offs?

Yes it still hits.
Not as much as the stock hitch or the bumper end caps did before.
Next time I would either:
1) recess the frame horns into the tubing, or
2) use C channel over the frame horns, or
3) cut the frame horns off and build from there.
