I built this for my RR Classic when I had it. It slid into the receiver hitch then I had it bolted onto the rear bumper to prevent it from rattling/moving on the trails. It worked really well and a spare looked great on the back of the truck. My next step was to have it hinge down in someway in order to open the tailgate with-out removing the whole thing.
The third pic shows how the carrier bolted onto the bumper. Notice the license plate relocation...
