D1 Headlights, Positive or Ground side switched

Does anyone know the polarity of the D1 headlights, i.e, are they positive or ground side switched.

2 positives, one negative..........like any other vehicle (just spent some time re-wiring mine)

I believe my 96 is ground side switched. But it's been a few years since I saw the diagram. Most vehicles are positive side switched.
