D1 rear shocks

I recently purchased a D1 that came with some spare parts. Two new uninstalled shocks were in the lot. They were not in boxes. I have two questions. Do you recognize them in terms of a manufacturer? Also, shouldn’t there be dust / water shield around the piston?
