Does anyone have a pictures of the 3rd mounting bolt in the mounting brackets?
Mine keeps rotating up and smashing the headlight finisher.
It has moved enough to dent the leading edge of the front fender.

Thanks, Dan

I guess I will have to pull it off and cogitate a bit on how to fix it more betterer.
Also need to reinforce the sliders, they are crushing the sills and rotating up into the doors and fender.

Maybe I need to finish my buggy and wheel that.

If you have a welder, I would recommend adding a bracket to the bottom of the bumper mounts so that you can install a bolt vertically into the frame.

How many bolts per frame rail does the SG use to mount?
My HiCountry and RockStar fab bumpers used 3 horizontal bolts per frame rail and I never had any issue with movement of any kind.

I have 2 on mine, but it's possible there's a vertical one that I didn't utilize. Never had an issue with it moving during winching, used 1/2" bolts

I could add a vertical bolt but I don't think that is the right answer yet.
Without sleeving the bolt inside the frame, the material is not thick enough to not deform under a perpendicular load and not elongate or tear out.
I think my best fix will be to replace the outer mounting plates (maybe the inner too) with longer plates and add a 3rd and maybe 4th mounting hole completely thru the frame with the bolts in double shear.

Yes I do have a welder.
