Did you contact Safety Devices NA? They're not cheap but I think you can still get them. Do a search in the general discussion board for a contact name and phone number.

I bought a brand new set of clamps, stainless steel hardware, rubber feet, etc. to install my rack. Cost: around $70 bucks and service was excellent. Do a search here or on www.NCLRClub. org for Safety Devices.
