By the way I’m going to get the fuel pressure tested. I believe it’s 36 psi at run and holds for ten minutes after shut down. Again the pump is new. Just thinking that fuel regulator has failed? Any thoughts appreciated.

I would check the MAF readings. If you open the throttle but MAF doesn't register it, you'll have a lot less fuel than you need.
A farther-fetched guess is broken substrate in catalytic converters.

I disconnected the MAF and like back to normal no he’s and no stall. 🤷‍♂️

I had so few problems with TPS over the years that I keep forgetting about it. Thanks for the reminder!
The fuel tank pressure sensor shares a reference voltage circuit with TPS. So when it gets shorted out it pulls the TPS voltage below 1 volt. Pretty rare

Ha.
All these newfangled D1s after mid-97 MY...
Of similar barely-related faults I know of VSS shorting out power feed to instrument cluster. That one was a head scratcher.

Ordered new Aftermarket MAF see what happens.

VSS didn't affect driveability at all in my case.

They cause the engine to shut down half the cylinders because it thinks the truck is going too fast. In my experience it usually does it when the truck starts going over 70mph. When they fail that way the speedo usually works fine, and no codes get stored because the trucks commanding it.

I know too well how VSS usually affects driveability - just mentioned that I had an occasion when a faulty VSS shut down instrument panel, without affecting driveability at all.
I don't think this is OP's issue.
