D2 7100's Question

To mount 7100's (with heims) on a D2 will I have to drill out my shock mounts and use a 1/2" bolt (if it is 12mm like I think it is)? I can't remember if the truck uses 1/2 or 12mm...

Or is it fine with whatever size bolt is in there? (like on the back).

You can get 12mm inserts from eshocks.com they're like $15 for the set. Or get the poly bushings. I have the inserts, but now want to go poly. Look for the recent thread for part#s.

Okay, I was wondering if there was like a sleeve or something. I know about the poly bushings but I'm going to run heims until they go bad...

Do any of you guys who have switched to poly bushings have the inserts/sleeves for the bolts sitting around?

where is a picture of a properly cut out d2 front shock tower? (cut to let the reservoir thru vs disconnecting the line and refilling with N2)
